Where do you ship?

U.S. only, for now. Sorry, global friends. Hopefully someday. Praying for it.

How long does shipping take?

Most stuff ships out in 1–2 business days. If you ordered a custom piece, give me 7–10 business days. It’s just me, my desk, and like… 800 tiny beads. You’ll get tracking info once it’s on the way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Nope. Everything here is handmade and one-of-a-kind, so once it’s yours, it’s yours. That said... if your item arrives damaged (like legit broken, not “I dropped it in the hallway”), email me and I’ll probably offer store credit or something. I’m not heartless.

Can I request a custom order?

Yes! If you’ve got a weird, fun idea—hit the Custom Order tab and fill out the form. I’ll get back to you to talk through the details before making anything. (Please don’t ghost me. I’m fragile.)

Will you restock sold-out items?

Most things are one-of-a-kind, but if something becomes a fan favorite, I might bring it back. Might. Kaleo Studio is mostly limited-run chaos.

What comes in the package?

Every order comes with a thank-you card I doodled myself. Might be cute. Might be unhinged. You’ll find out. Stickers, trinkets and other goodies coming soon.
